IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ

We thank those who are interested in submitting stalls for this year’s event. In order to create a fun & enjoyable experience for everyone, we have created these guidelines for all studios willing to submit a stall for this year’s event. We look forward to seeing your stall at Transport Tech 2026!

Guidelines:

  • Choose between 5 size templates, measured in Studs:

    • 50 L x 50 W x 40 H

    • 50 L x 100 W x 40 H

    • 100 L x 100 W x 40 H

    • 150 L x 100 W x 40 H

    • 150 L x 150 W x 40 H

      All contents in your stall must not exceed this amount on which size you choose. No protrusions outside your stall

  • Only one Server Script permitted for your stall. Your script will be screened before your stall is placed in the venue:

    • No external model importing using require()

    • No teleports to your game allowed

    • No references to ServerStorage, ServerScriptService, StarterGui, StarterPack, StarterPlayer, DataStores, HttpService, MessageService, TeleportService, ReplicatedStorage, ReplicatedFirst, NetworkClient, SoundService, MaterialService allowed

    • Code must not exceed 50 lines

    • Your script is only allowed to control features within your stall such as lights, particles, & sound. No controlling other stalls.

    • Repetitive or excessive code is not allowed.

    • Final decision will be at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify or forfeit your script if necessary.

  • Maximum Part Count: This includes all Parts, Unions & MeshParts combined

    • Aviation: 1500

    • All other stall types: 1000

      No exceptions!!!!

  • Maximum UnionOperation & MeshPart triangle count limit per instance:

    • 5000 for large instances

    • 1000 for smaller instances

      We encourage everyone to use lower-poly MeshParts in place of UnionOperations for a smooth experience for everyone!

  • No animations allowed.

  • No Weld instances allowed. WeldConstraints are allowed, however.

  • No LocalScripts, ModuleScripts, ScreenGuis, RemoteEvents, RemoteFunctions, Terrain, AdGui, SunRays, ColorCorrentionEffect, BlurEffect, Atmosphere, BindableEvents, & the like allowed.

  • Only Decals, Textures, SurfaceApperances, PointLights, SpotLights, SurfaceLights can be parented to your Parts, Unions & Meshes within your stall.

  • No moving vehicles allowed.

  • Your stall must abide by Roblox’s Community Standards. Content in your Stall that violates the Standards may result in your stall being forfeited from the event.

  • If you wish to include moving functions in your stall, you must declare it.

  • If you wish to include custom materials in your stall, you must declare it.

  • Sound is permitted in your stall & cannot be heard more than 100 studs in distance outside stall bounds. No excessively loud audio permitted.

We reserve the right to modify your stall if we deem necessary. This includes, but not limited to, removing unnecessary instances, replacing Unions or MeshParts that exceed the triangle limits, or converting excessive parts to decal textures.

Submission Deadline: Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern

Resubmissions are permitted before the due date.
